Frequenly asked questions:

TableMate just keeps showing the 'Installing, please wait' message on startup, but never actually loads.
You may need to clear your browser cache memory (which you should do from time to time anyway.) Look it up online to find out how to do it for the browser you use.
After I click 'OK' for a TableMate feature, it is very slow or seems to 'hang' and not finish at all.
TableMate will actually finish whatever you throw at it in a fraction of a second! But, it does most of its work on Google's computers, not yours. What takes the time is sending the data from your computer to theirs, and then sending the results back. For small tables, it is usually done in a few seconds. But for huge tables with hundreds of cells you could be waiting a couple of minutes, and even after it looks like it's finished, you should wait a bit for your document to update so you see the changes. But that's a lot better than doing it the long way! (Or your internet connection could be slow.)
Why isn't TableMate free?
Many 'free' add-ons are actually produced as a kind of advertisement for paid services/subscriptions that you find out about on the companies websites. I am not a company, and have expenses related to producing and maintaining a great product. So I don't think I am unreasonable in expecting a small contribution from my uses.
Is it possible to get a discount for multiple TableMate licences?
Yes. Please contact me for assistance if you want to intall a large number of licences for your organisation.
If I decide not to buy a license after the trial period, will I be charged anything?
Absolutely not! All that will happen is that the software won't function anymore. But you can get it working again in a couple of minutes by installing a license.
